Keep going... you will do it!! The programme makes sure you can, and your online family give you all the support you could possibly need. 9 weeks ago I struggled with the 1 minute runs...yesterday I graduated and did a skydive!! If I can...you certainly can!!! Go for it π
Yes it does!!! After 5 ish you'll realise you are doing more minutes than you ever thought xx
After my first runs I thought my lungs were going to burst out my chest and you could fry eggs on my cheeks they were so hot. All I can say is trust the program. Follow it to the letter especially about rest days. I don't know the science behind how it works but it does get easier, don't get me wrong you are still challenging yourself each week but your stamina builds so you can increase the duration of the runs each week. Seriously you will, just look how many posts there are for each week. If it was impossible there'd only ever be posts for W1...
You can, you will and in a week you will have done another milestone and you'll be feeling fab.
