W5R3 Completed Yeh!!!

I was not looking forward to this as the run had increased from 8 to 20 minutes. The first 5 minutes were pretty bad but after that I was OK until around 28 minutes where I really wanted to stop. However, I slowed down a bit and made it to the end. Feeling proud but glad it is over.

Take it slow from the start..then slow down more..Well done you!

As the runs get longer, make sure you keep up strength and stamina exercises on rest days.. your body has to keep up with those running legs :)
