Completed my first run last night, to be honest i was blowing out of my backside but i completed it and am looking forward to run 2 tomorrow. Thank you for all your kind words and support it is very much appreciated.

Haha!! Love that post! I'm only on my first week and was struggling on my 2nd run 😳 it'll get better - don't push too hard.

Well done and stick at it -it's definitely the hardest!

First run is the toughest, you kicked the couch well done. Btw what is blowing out of your backside that is a new phrase for me... if it's really horrid, I will just imagine it😉

Means i couldn't breathe naturally so i was breathing through my bum ;-) (in other words i was knackered)
