H'mm, not one my better runs - achy legs in the second three minute run took a bit of a shine off it - but no problems other than that ;)

I find stretching at the start of my runs and using a foam roller beforehand helps

From what I remember I was the same on my final week 3 run struggling to finish and the next week was tough going to begin with but I was determined to see those runs through, the second of the 5 minute runs was the toughest but I stuck with it and I know you can do the same, have your rest day and you'll be ready the next day.
