Good morning everyone!! Well after a rocky start and some great advice later I have completed week 1 and feeling great I lost 4lb this week it's just falling off I can't believe after years of searching for the right exercise it was the one I feared most that works and what's more I enjoy so much bring on week 2 I ready ๐

It's strange really isn't it? You spend time looking for the 'right way' to loose weight and it's in front of you all along. I must have tried most of the diets out there at some point or other but running and watching what I eat is working well, I still have treats, but not chocolate, and I don't eat like a rabbit.
Well done on the progress and the weight loss.
