Finally finished week 3 yesterday - have been doing the knee exercises which are really helping. Really did find that as I moved from run 1 through to 3 it was getting easier to be running than walking - although I do think this is the calm before the storm. Will start week 4 tomorrow - nervously :)

Well done.

I remember that feeling well from the programme, that I would much rather run than walk.

There are no storms in this training plan, only carefully considered progressive runs, leading you from the mire of inactivity to the sunlit uplands of running for thirty minutes.

No need for nerves. Relish the challenge with confidence....after all, you can do it, we know.
