Did my solo W2R3 this morning. It was hard going. In fact, it was the first time I thought 'why am I doing this' halfway through. My knees are feeling it (is this relatively common?). Still determined to push on - sure, it will all come together soon enough... ☺ 🏃

Slow and steady.... warm up well.. stretching exercises after the run... and try to land lightly!
