Week 8, runs 1 and 2 in the bag. Run 3 tomorrow. Losing weight at last after radical diet change (more protein, less sugar and carbs). Covering more distance in less time. Did my first run on Monday away from home in drizzle. Lol

Away to be a Marshall at Brundall parkrun today. Hoping next Saturday is my last run of week 9.

Hail Polly and Mommycav, on the same week's journey and to my long suffering missus SaraM69 who has her last run of week. 4 tomorrow and loving the challenge.

Love you all. Xxx

I went to the Abbots Bromley Horn Dance. My family have performed it for generations. Stayed at the Premier Inn in Uttoxeter, they actually had a real path along the A50 to jog on, right outside the door AND a hot bath in our room for after. Deep joy. Beats running in cow pee and standing in a wet room after. Lol

I MAY wait until next Sunday to complete the program, depends on the weather. Saturdays are always busier for me. Soooo, I may be joining ya.

Xxx

Well done both with the running and the losing weight! I never really lost any on the programme.
