The odds were against me as I'd had an ear infection that had affected my sleep and energy levels, but I've ploughed on through and just completed W5R3: 20 minutes non-stop! Oh, and it was raining!
I feel like this is a breakthrough, going from running and walking to just running. Five weeks ago I huffed and puffed running one minute at a time, but now I know I can complete c25k and beyond...

You have done well...keep it steady and remember as you head to Week 6 you are totally ready for the runs... each one making you stronger.. at this stage too, don't neglect strength and stamina exercises on your rest days... your body has to keep up with your developing running legs
