Well I got to W9 R1 then went on holiday for two weeks and need to get back into this but can't believe I feel nervous about it?? . Anyone else feel like this? I was really enjoying it before holiday, guess I just need to attempt a run and see what happens.

Not nerves, excitement
Nearly there and going to be just fine... not attempt.... do!
Just head out after your warm up, take it slow.. relax into the run and just let your running legs take your forward. Keep it steady and find the happy pace that is yours..... simply breathe and remember the journey you have travelled so far....enjoy!
