I completed week one last week and was thrilled. however tonight i am doing my first run of week 2, and feel slightly nervous? is this weird???!! i am nervous i wont be able to run the whole 90 seconds!

No. 1 thing is not to fret about it
Some weeks will seem hard, just keep plugging away until feel comfortable with it
I've just completed Wk2 R2. Don't be daunted. It is ok ... (I'm not saying it's easy but it is definitely achieveable) ... just don't think you have to jog faster simply because your jogging for longer ... maintain a steady slow pace and you'll be fine. You will; you just will. Nervous is understandable and it may feel hard but you can definitely do it. Trust Laura, even though you may sometimes want to shout at her (we've all done that!; she never complains). Remember too - it's only 50% physical but 100% mental so if you think you can do it - you can!!!
Thanks oldned!! Just got back and I did it!!!! It was a lot easier than planned and I am so pleased with myself! Next run is on Wednesday now and looking forward to it.
