I’ve been a silent member until now, but wanted to share my joy at passing the 3rd run this week.
It’s 2 days late due to a sudden loss in the family, and I’d considered repeating one of the last runs but decided to just have a crack at it.
Instead, I changed up my route and rather unexpectedly ended up running uphill at the 11min mark (thought I was going to have to stop but I showed right down and kept moving), then it started to pour with rain but I was determined not to use it as an excuse!
Finally finished and went home to stretch, absolutely soaked through but buzzing! Now post stretch shower is done, chilling with a face mask and thinking about pancakes (that’s not something that only occurs on Shrove Tuesday 😂).

Hello Amieet, and welcome. Very sorry to hear of your sad loss so very well done getting out there and battling all the elements. What a run you’ve had but you’re over half way now so a fantastic achievement.
We had a steep hill to navigate out and back when we started out in the early weeks but we’ve switched now to a slightly flatter route until we’ve built up more stamina so we know how hard it is to run uphill.
Well done Amieet, I came out of the running closet at about the same time👍 well done on not letting the hill beat you they're sneaky things they just arrive 🤭
Sorry about your loss, and glad you're out of the closet and running proudly
I found it surprisingly ok, it felt good, however, this morning I ran w6r2 (2x10min runs) I found I couldn’t get my rhythm until 2 mins into the second run. I did complete it though
Sorry to hear of your loss, and very well done for battling the elements and completing this run. This was my favourite run so fat, and really gave me faith in the programme and confidence in my ability to get through it.
