Week 3 Run 3 - Done and dusted!

I made the grave error of sitting down on the sofa after getting in from work - it took me half an hour to get my lazy bum out the door. Run was fine, I've enjoyed this week quite a lot!

I'm not even slightly horribly dreading the start of week 4 - nope, I certainly don't quiver in fear at the prospect of running 5 minutes straight... It will be fine, IT WILL BE FINE.

If you don't hear from me on Saturday, call an ambulance!!

No... you will be fine... slow and steady and enjoy!

Fatal error that. If running after work it has to be change and out the door before the brain has realised what you are up to.

You will be absolutely fine, of course (as long as you don't sit down when you get in).

Ahhh but you did get your lazy backside out through the door so very well done and trust me you will be absolutely fine running 5 minutes
