Week 9 Run 3 done and dusted! 😊

Well, that’s me graduated this morning. 😄 Lovely morning, dry and sunny, if a tad windy! Kept Strava off so I had no distractions. 👍 No dramas, just a lovely morning run, enjoying my environment and the fresh air. Added a wee blast of energy at the end for good measure and that was me done. 😊 The tortoise has graduated! 🤸‍♂️ As we all know, most of us would not keep going with the same enthusiasm, if it wasn’t for this forum, the administrators and all the lovely people that take part in it! 😄 💕 So, thanks so much for all your support and friendship and may we all continue for many years to come. 💕👏🏻Think I’m a bit in shock it’s done but this is only the beginning....😊🏃‍♀️🐢

😊Hey, no worries, I wasn’t used to this malarkey either! 👍 Enjoy your last week! 😄👏🏻I’m afraid I’ve not done any running as I was straight on the IC after graduating, with inflammation on the top of my foot. 🙁 Second week now. Really fed up tbh. 🙄 So, never mind that! 😊 Just enjoy every minute of your running and especially your graduation run! Everyone will be cheering you on from the sidelines! 😁🤸‍♂️🐢🙌
