I started c25k 2 weeks ago did week1 and loved it but then was struck by a summer cold and had zero energy. Still not feeling 100% do I go back to week1?

I think that's probably best. The programme is about building stamina with consistent running. If you had been a few weeks further ahead then I would say crack on with the next week. However, if you do run 1 and feel good then maybe jump to w2.
