I've been looking at that sort of kit for me and my dog, any recommendations? We were out in the dark to other night and felt very unsafe!

I just went along to decathlon and had a browse, plenty of high vis/reflective gear and prices not so bad

I am always recommending this chest light from Decathalon for night running - but there are also a lot of head torches out there. It isn't cheap but its fab and has a rear flashing red light too! 🙂

I like that, I use that line quite a lot. The heavier it gets the bigger my smile. I used to love playing golf in the rain, there is something special about being outside when most ( not everyone ) is hiding indoors:)!!!
