I was dreading this last run as the 2nd was so hard . Even hoovered to put it off for a bit, but off I went. This time I went slower and once I got to the minutes it was not so bad and I won't give up if I've got halfway but the first 15 it's touch and go. Not so ghastly at least I didn't feel sick when I finished this time. I was slower this time but I ran for 30 bloody minutes!! Next time will increase the pace a bit still using Sarah and see how that goes. Mixed feelings about finishing as the programme was so good and feel a bit lost about the next runs. This is also just the beginning ! Reading all the messages has been a tremendous help in doing this so encouraging so thank you everyone
Did it!!: I was dreading this last run as the... - Couch to 5K
Did it!!
Congratulations graduate!!!!!
Congratulations Graduate!!! Well done you!
Forget increasing the pace for a while... the running legs need building up and so does our stamina and strength too! This takes a while and when you have recovered from the Graduation party... there will be loads of advice as to where you could go next! I will give you a clue... consolidation comes into it!
But for now bask in the glory and go get that badge!!!
Blooming well done on getting there, you've been a nice steady paced graduate. Have fun in your new running life
Congratulations Rowville..ππππ
Well done, you put that hoover down and went out and Did itπππππ
Yeah, you can run for 30 mins..isn't it great. The more of these 30 mins you do the easier it becomes.
(Or as someone said to me once, you have graduated and can run however you please now. Its up to you.π)
Well done and you need a badge..
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Congratulations!!ππππππππππππ
