Did it - graduation run at the park with extra cycling!

Well I did it - graduation and first park run cycling there and back. Now cup of tea and to face university registration. At the open event in July, someone asked me if I was there with my son or daughter! Thanks for the encouragement - did the whole lot running and think under 35 minutes. Incredible really. Also only growled at husband once when he gave me some encouraging words towards the end. The sun is smiling and never thought I could run 5k. Thanks all
