Week 5 , the third run of the week as opposed to Week 5 run 3. I chickened out the 20 mins, I did 10, with 90seconds walk and 10 again. I learnt that the right motivation music is more important in the second 10, than the first and that mentally I use track lengths as a mark of time passing!

Aww but you nearly did it! I wonder if "chicken run" is an acceptable alternative term for a "practice run". It still has the word "run" in it, you still ran, and learned something!
Sounds to me like you're being rather hard on yourself. Well done for running 2x 10 minutes. Did you imagine doing that a few weeks ago?
