So I've only gone & done it. W9r3 Smashed!

Felt good so against advice carried on to 5k (did I say I was competetive), although it took 40 minutes. I'm well chuffed to say the least.

Who'd have thought that 9 short weeks ago I could barely stagger for 60 seconds at a time, let alone run 5k in 40 minutes!!

Can't get over how good this app & this forum are, just wish I hadn't waited until 55 to pluck up the nerve. So to anyone just starting, JDI run in your garden for the first few runs if you're not confident (I did), but trust in the plan.

Whoever created c25k deserves a medal i fthey can get me running!!
