I'm feeling chuffed, completed wk6 with a slow 25 minute run and actually did over 5k in all, the 5 minutes at the start was my walk, but I continued to run after the 25 minutes were up, as seconds after I stopped the heavens opened & I really wanted my reward crumpet. It tasted amazing when I eventually got in. Never thought I'd be plodding around for 25 minutes off my own back.
