Morning all. Not sure what happened today I felt good at about 10 mins running but come 17/18 mins I just had nothing else so i stopped. Bit disappointed but i know ive come long way since started. I will redo this run on Sunday.

Just one of those things! You know you can do it, good luck on Sunday!!!
NEVER use the fail word here on C25K, just put it down as a practice run and you can rerun it on Sunday, drink plenty of water on Saturday and just before you run and run it a little slower than you did today. 😊 🏃🏾
I had a practice run for R2. Only 5 minutes into the run 😳 Just did it again today and absolutely fine.
So if you rest and give it another go, you could be breezing through!
You are not alone! I did that run on Wednesday and really struggled. I did go to the end-but only just and I have had to give myself an extra day off in the hope that I will be ok for run 3 tomorrow. It’s only this week that my muscles have begun to feel sore, particularly my glutes, really working at stretching. Feel rather wary of tomorrow’s run but will go early and go slow and hope that all will be well.
Will do that run tomorrow. Like the idea that if it doesn’t pan out it is a practice run.
