I am going to start the couch to 5k with my youngest but as I don't have a clever phone we'd have to use my garmin for the walk/run. How many repetitions does week one cover? Is there a full breakdown somewhere of the first 2 weeks?

Eight repeats for week one runs. Do it three times with at least a day rest between each run day
Also downloads.bbc.co.uk/scotlan... which I have on my fridge and tick off the runs I have completed.
