Have you ever felt a bit sick afterwards? I was really tired this morning and had no motivation to do my run. But now afterwards I feel a bit sick.

Hydrate and eat some fruit banana that sort of thing. sounds like your possibly a bit dehydrated and blood sugar level low. Course you could just be ill too, but hopefully it will soon pass once you've had something to eat and drink.

I felt dizzy and sick! First time this has happened. Thank goodness my daughter was with me this morning otherwise I would of been worried about passing out

I agree you are probably dehydrated. Did you eat and drink before you went out? Make sure you have eaten and had a drink before your next run and I'm sure you'll be fine. xx

I don't normally eat before a run (or swimming) in the mornings as it normally makes me sick 😂 but I did down a glass of water before I went, so that may have not helped
