1St Park run, and week 6 run 3 at Brundall today. Same as Mommycav109. Good luck missus.

I'm doing me star jumps in readiness. (Joke). I walked the course yesterday, found out where the loos were and am up early to beat traffic. I was going to Catton but it's the other side of Norwich..... on a Saturday morning so sod that. Lol.

Oh God, I hope I make it. It'll be a fun practice run if not. (Me crying real tears. lol)

Laters peeps.

I've only just started c25k so not even thought about being able to do a park run. I'm local to you so I'll have to take a look at these venues if I get to that stage. Sounds like fun!

Even if you walk it, It's fun. They're apparently all going as pirates in two weeks time. Lol. There were pushchair runners, dog runners, little kid runners, old farty runners (moi). The atmosphere was brilliant.

Pm me if you want company when you're good n ready.
