Wk2 session 2 help

Hi all

Went out tonight all going well until 4th session and I felt pain near ankle felt like shin splint and cramp. Foot felt very floppy if that makes sense.

Hope it's not an injury as I'm really enjoying this. I'm a heavy guy so slightly worried.

Has anyone experienced this ?

Breathing so much better than the first week though

When you say floppy is it still like that now also didn't hear or feel a pop noise or anything similar, friend of mine snapped her Achilles tendon and had symptoms similar to yours.

Hi thanks for reply

No pop since being back in it has eased but just feels a bit tight more around calf
