Done, and not to bad. Pretty happy

First jog felt stiff and awkward, but rest were fine. Even found myself pushing my limit a bit πŸ˜…

I’m going to have a rest day tomorrow, do a 3 mile walk and then plan to run again on Wednesday. How about you?

Not sure whether I'll do 3 mile walk tomorrow, but 3rd session planned for Weds.

I haven't run or jogged for more than 20 years I guess. But feels great to be out again at the Mo.

Hoping I keep it up πŸ˜€

Take it easy on those early runs mniloc don't push yourself overly hard, learn the mechanics of the running, listen to your body and a comfy pace, and definitely rest, rest and rest on non running days πŸ‘

Well done, it's so tempting to push yourself but try not to over do it, better to do it slow and steady then to risk injury and not be able to continue, it sometimes takes one or two of the jogs to loosen up and get into it ,

Keep enjoying it and enjoy your journey πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ’ͺ
