Whoop whoop whoop I did it I actually ran for 25 minutes non stop!! I've been staying with my sister so I had her and my nieces company for half the run but my niece struggled so they let me go on ahead on my own. It was 4.6k door to door and when Sarah millican told me to speed up with 60 seconds to go, I did!! What's more surprising is that I really quite enjoyed it.
