Well, I was a bit nervous about this one. But I did it! So impressed with myself. I broke it down by using the halfway bell in the app. So my head was saying it’s just 12.5 mins. That worked really well for me. Not gonna lie the last 4-5 mins from the end was hard but Laura tells u when u have 1 min left to pick up pace if u feel ok and go for it, so I did! This programme is fab! I struggled running 3 mins 5 wks ago!!

I agree, fab program, gets you off the couch and running for 30 minutes in 9 weeks.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs 🏃🏾 👍

Thankyou all. This forum is great too for support! I’ll be gutted when this is over! Does anyone know if there is a similar app other than bridge to 10K? Need one in between really as I like the idea off ticking things off on this app and being motivated by Laura lol!
