Run 3 done!

I would never have thought I could run 3 times in one week woo hoo! Am tempted to do week 1 again purely because there was always something mess it up I.e ear phones falling out and shoe lace coming undone. Want to be able to do the week properly. Also I can feel my shines getting sore, how can I prevent getting shine splints?

Good cushioning trainers for shin splints, try to soften the impact on the ground as much as possible.

Very painful they are too, and unfortunately no warning until they hit and then you have to get home.

Hopefully its not that and if it is, it passes soon.

Good Luck with the plan, stick at it and keep posting your progress.

Thanks! It's probably because I'm new to running so my legs are like what the hell! What are you doing to me

Shin splint is tiny fractures. You shouldn't get this if you run slowly and don't do too much too soon

The programme is properly structured and done slowly enough should get you through in one piece, provided you stick to the plan.

Remember! Run slowly! 🙂🏃‍♀️👍✔️

Ok cool. Thanks!

Well done on your first week. So take it nice and easy and enjoy W2. Oldfloss has the best advice which is to kiss the ground with your feet, to keep soft.
