Hi everyone. I'm a newbie to the forum. I'm just starting week 7 of couch to 5K. This running plan is fantastic. I used to run regularly around 5K 3 times a week, but I've been ill and wasn't able to exercise at all for 5 months and was advised to start from scratch so that's what I've done. I really recommend it- it's challenging but manageable.

Brilliant nice to see a runner back in the game. your progress to W7 must be making you feel good to be back. So youre 2/3 of the way through the programme that is an achievement in itself and I guess it must be nice to be doing the longer times and distances....good luck and happy running
