...after nearly 6 months off sick, and I'm taking it slow - to say the least! This may or may not be a sensible thing to do but I have chosen to add an additional 'run' to each week (rest day inbetween) and have increased the 2 day rest to 3 days.
I'm determined to nail this 5k and have signed up for The Color Run in October. Wish me luck?!
