Not out of breath that bad at all.
Limitation seems to be left shin, gets very tight on second to last stint, ok when stop running but as soon as into last one it was very sore!

Well done... breathing is always good
Shin wise.... Are you warming up really well... ?
Some dynamic stretching could be helpful before your runs and stretching afterwards is essential. The impact, as you know, that our legs and the rest of our bodies take when we start this is immense.
We do also, some of us have a tendency to thump our feet down, and there is usually one leg that takes the greater weight... Try, using my favourite expression, to kiss the ground with your feet... try to run and land lightly.
See how you go?
There are some useful warm up exercises that I use religiously from Runners World that might help, and don't forget to take it slow and steady.
