Going to be a runner in 2014!

I have only done up to W2R2 so far but loving it so far! The C25k posts on this site keep me interested and inspired so I thought I should post rather than just read!

On a rest day today in front of the fire. Diet starts tomorrow along with last run of week 2. I'm thinking and hoping that posting will make it even more real and keep me on track. Fingers crossed.

Well done Tintin1!

Think we're taking a similar approach as I'll be running W1R3 tomorrow along with starting diet! Also hoping regular posts on here will keep me going.

Looking forward to your next update :-)

Keep posting. It'll be like you're pinching yourself from time to time just to confirm "yes it is me out there running". I think we all feel a bit like that.

Thanks, looking forward to last run of week 2 tomorrow and then starting week 3 on Sunday. I reckon it will be a big step up but reading all the posts on here just inspires you doesn't it?

Yes they give you great tips but the encouragement they give when you're struggling really keeps you going. It's because they've all been there at sometime & moved forward afterwards & it's really good to know that the "bad" run is just that one "bad" run. And of course best of all they'll celebrate with you. Good luck with week3 - looking forward to hearing how it's going.
