Well, day two and due to schedules I did yoga before doing S&F for first time in the lounge. Boyf joined in - no trees or benches and hardly anywhere to walk. Much hilarity and I adapted some of the squats and did warrior 3 at times due to not having a bench. But WE DID IT! All set for C25K W1D3 tomorrow.

Yeay!!! Indoor Strength and Flex is terrific fun! Using the stair rails as the outdoor railings is hilarious... I had such fun doing it! Very well done!
