Ok so I took notice of all the posts that said this one was a toughie. I did it but the second run felt a bit of a struggle legs feeling tired. But done and dusted. Next one Thursday. π

I'll be with you tomorrow. Slightly frustrated as I had scheduled it for today, but not feeling 100%, so thought best leave it a day. No worries, the run will still be there tomorrow!
I know what you mean. I think (for some of us at least) that our bodies are getting tired at this point. You are doing really well and should be proud of yourself.
Yey!!! Well done!!! It's a cheeky one this one...digging deep is an understatement!!! Phew...I struggled but did not stop!!!! I'm doing R2 in the morning & just had a promising message from a fellow W6er....so looking forward to it...keep posting!! Happy running π
P.s....this is a surprise for most people...which, again, I was thankful to hear coz then I knew it was not just me....that's why I love this forum...it's just fantastic!!!
well done you and yes this one is a bit of a toughy, I think it's after the exuberance of w5r3 we go out feeling a bit cocky and bang it catches us.
But it's onwards and upwards from here, just take it nice and steady and you've got a steady run to the finish line and before you know it you'll be on that podium
Thanks..Not believing yet...still feel I am just playing at this running lark, but guess I must be doing ok cos I am not having to stop and am completing each run as am told. But you lot are just so full of encouraging remarks it just pushes me on!! Don't want to let you all down π€£
