Osteo knee flare up but walked it off

I am very lucky not to suffer that awful Rheumatoid Arthritis that runs in my family. I just have age-related crumbling.

No timed walks since the last one but plenty of walking. So last night I was surprised to have two knees swollen and very painful. An uncomfortable night but I took analgesic and stuff you rub on your knees. Bright red in the morning but ok. So a 3 mile a hour walk to Fenchurch station and back. A little stiff for the first ten minutes but afterwards- no red and two cool knees. Happy.
