Week 4 Run 2 Part 2/2

It was good to see Bramhall Park route because I can see what is needed to run it and experience off road running. It's a gorgeous location and more exciting than the boring road. I'm a bit concerned over the hills though. On my walk back home, I decided to run 0.3 up a hill to get used to hills. I must admit it killed me. I also ran 0.5km to see how quickly I can recover from a hill climb. Safe to say I struggled with the 0.5km because I hadn't recovered properly. Onwards and upwards (literally). :)

Sounds like you're doing really well - and tackling hills. You get extra points for that!
