Never ever thought i'd take my trainers on holiday with me - never thought I'd be able to run for 30 minutes! But did both - had a beautiful misty run one morning in Slovenia and reached W9 R1 - am over the moon. What a fabulous programme and supportive community this is - looking forward to the next two runs back in not-quite-so-picturesque South Yorkshire.

Brilliantly done just two runs away from the podium and a lovely shiny badge. And running in Slovenia, is on my to do list. But graduating at home, that is a real prize... happy running

Well done you... I think many of us felt quite bewildered as we put our running shoes on in other climes and countries...Who have we turned into :)

It sounds to have been a beautiful run.. enjoy.. and enjoy your holiday too:)

Thank you I am going on holiday and wondered if I should start week 9 there, but you have made my mind up - was it a hilly run ? Not sure I could manage heat and hills? 😀

No I made sure it was pretty flat! And I tend to run early in the morning anyway, so it wasn't hot. It was misty and beautiful and peaceful. Go for it!

This process has had all sorts of surprises for me. One of those s how much fun it is running away from home.

Well done on your run. Graduation is calling.....

Best time to run is on holiday- enjoy!!

As I recently discovered, holiday running is brilliant. Also never thought running shoes would be essential holiday packing. Good luck with your last 2 runs.
