The first 5 minutes felt hellish but I kept jalking on and think I got a more steady pace going, as next thing I knew Sarah told me it was halfway & then 20 minutes done. My legs are like jelly but I'm feeling well chuffed!
I suppose it's time to greet week 7 now.....crikey π¬

Thank you, yes I think you are right. For me, It is definetly a mental challenge to get past the 'i can't do this' mindset, even though I keep proving myself wrong!
Keep it slow and steady and you will make it to that podium! The runs are really enjoyable from now on too.... let your running legs take you through each run in a lovely relaxed way... and enjoy!
Personally really like the 'huffers and puffers' because success did not come easy - it's hard earned and the dedication and commitment involved is inspiring to everyone else.
Brilliantly done, the hard fought runs are quite often your best runs. You may have had jelly legs, but we spot the steely determination! Happy running in W7
