Need I say any more? The wine is pored.... I can't get over the feeling that I can't believe I did it 20 whole minutes running π...I put it off all day.... I had no excuse not to go earlier other than the fear of not completing the run but I pulled my big girl pants up n set out the door... I still can't believe I did it.... π

Hurrah, well done Julie, I never doubted you. We are so going to graduate together.
Hey M... thank you ... I'm actually looking forward to Sunday and hoping the lovely weather continues for a beach run.... I'm tagging behind you every step of the way to that podium π
Beach run, get you. π
πLucky enough to live by the sea.... always a beautiful walk/Run x
How wonderful, and I run along the A6 near Manchester, just doesn't seem fair, haha. π
lol I usually road run too but the beach is just 5/10 min away in the car ... I should really jog there but haven't worked out the best route to take π¬
Huge well done , my fav run , enjoy the feeling! Think it comes from being so unsure that we can complete it but then running the whole 20mins , which was unthinkable just a few weeks ago. Got to love c25k!
Thank you.... was just saying to the hubby that it was only a few weeks ago that 60 seconds of running was so hard... trusting the program works and I definitely wouldn't have continued without all the lovely friendly members on this forum x
Fantastic well done you deserve that wine , it's a hard run but you did it .
Thank you for your kind words much appreciated... x
Amazing! I'm doing it over the weekend, glad you made it!
Be thinking of you x stay positive x
I was on top of the world when I did my 20 minutes last week! Well done! Absolutely brilliant! X
Thank you I actually cried... tears of joy and relief π¬
I totally understand Julie! It's such a wonderful feeling. I'm trying to diet too but am really struggling. This c25k give me control and I get as much from running as I do from losing a few pound every week. Hopefully as my running increases my weight will come down. That's my plan anyway. I'm determined to do a park run. Is that your plan too??? X
I too needed to lose weight not an awful lot 1stn 9lb I joined slimming world n changed my eating habit to a healthier diet losing 1-2 lb a week (Slow n steady is the way to go) then decided I needed to be fitter.., hence C25K my body shape has changed and I've maintained my healthy weight whilst running n eating well .... I'd like to do a park run but haven't planned one yet... my goal is to complete the program and feel fit enough to face the challenge of the run... X
ππ big girl pants lol... enjoy the wine, well done x

Yeayyy.. hope the wine was good !
Well done you.. rest up and head steadily into Week 6 knowing that you will do it
ππ½ππ½ππ½ Me too, I did it yesterday morning before work, was dreading it! 20 whole mins! But it was amazing, I felt like Forrest Gump πTotally trust the programme, I am 42, have never been a runner and have done zero exercise for about 4 years but the c25k has got me here, I actually found the first 5 min run back in week 2/3? worse than this! As I finished and came back onto the playing fields the sun came up over the trees and I felt like rocky when he runs to the top of the steps π³π what an achievement, loving this programme and can see everyone else is too, well done guys!
Yay well done you.. what a beautiful Run u had .... Run Forest Run my fav movie π xxxx
