Plan a flat route, and keep your pace slow and steady. I found each step difficult but if the app says your body is ready for, it I trust the app, it seems to be well tried and tested. Mind over matter, just keep gently putting one foot in front of the next.

So silly, do yourself a big favour look at the W5 posts for R3, see how many folk are screaming hallelujah from the rooftops, once they did it.

we don't fail here either we only practice, so funnily enough there aren't that many R3 practice runs to be found. Honest, hope to die, stick an arrow in my eye and all those other playground promises!

Oh and you're a runner, so you will be fine👍👟👍👟👍👟

You're ready for it and can do it! If you find you're struggling slow it down a little. Believe in yourself and you will do it :-D

I'll think of Till Lindemann at the finish line. Lol

Nowhere near as many as thought they would. I think the worry made me slow right down so I was fine then struggled with the next one because I thought that would be easy. You will be fine if you take it slow.

I've just read your post, you inspire me. I'll be getting this done on Sunday hopefully.

Like others, I never thought I would do it but I did. Also as Hidden says there's no failures. If you set off, you're doing it even if it turns into a practice run, but you will do it. Tell yourself so. :)

Fear not. I managed Run 3 today - and I found a one off run of 20 minutes easier than the two eight minute runs. At least you know there is only one run - if you can switch your mind off, it goes by much quicker than you expect.
