W7R2 in the bag this morning. The gremlins seem to have deserted me - I hardly ever think I can't do it any more - quite amazing.
About 10 minutes in I was running along the disused railway line when a nice dogwalking lady stepped aside way sooner than necessary. I called out 'don't wait for me I'm very slow!', to which she said 'I'm jealous - I used to be a runner but had knee problems a few years ago'. I said 'I'm doing the C25K- it's brilliant' (by now I was passing her). She said 'what's that?' (now I'm jogging backwards) 'C25K!' to which she said 'thanks - I'll look that up as soon as I get home'.
Who would have thought... 2 months ago if you told me I'd be giving running advice to passers by I would have fallen off my chair laughing.

It's brilliant isn't it? Truthfully without getting all political, I think this has to be some of the best money the NHS ever spent! It's a hidden gem and it feels a real pleasure to have found it. Glad you've kicked the gremlins away out of touch, and good luck to the podium...
Ha, unlikely runner😊 that made me chuckle... its happened to me too, they hear your heavy breathing but you don't want to speed up and ruin your run... 😆
Its a brilliant plan isn't it..first you worry that the walk breaks are finishing, then soon realise you don't need them anymore😄..
Keep going...you have totally cracked this now...good luck with W7 R3.x
