Parkrun. Thinking I could give it a go.

I can walk AND jog. I've registered and got my barcode.

Trouble is, every one so far is on a bloomin' Saturday. Are there any parkruns on a Sunday or weekday in Norfolk??

I've searched their website but not found any info on days.

For weekend workers that's a bummer

I agree it is tough for weekend workers, but each parkrun relies on a large number of volunteers, who would probably not be available during the week.

I believe Saturday is parkrun day all round the world.

If you want to run with others there may be a local running group you could join?

Parkrun is great but a shame if nothing local.

Is there a GreatRun local near you, they do Sunday mornings

Same principle as parkrun weekly free timed 2.5k or 5k runs

Some National Trust properties have a Sunday 10K - not timed, just a turn up and run type thing.....
