Probably my favourite run yet and in the rain! went into it thinking I was doomed, then my five min run started, coinciding with the chain playing on my Spotify and low and behold I set a perfect pace to it. Think I found my key to success here - as I finally broke 4K. haha. "Chain keep us together" well it definitely kept me together 😂🏃🏼‍♀️🌧👏

I used to love chain when in the gym. Really made you go for it. Maybe i need to have it on repeat whike trying to run 90 seconds. Just started wk2. Phew
