My first park run

So up till now I've just been pottering the streets on my own averaging 7.30 mins per Km but today set the alarm and set off at an unearthly hour to brave my first park run. Couldn't be prouder of my time. Never done a km in less than 7 mins before and one was less than 6 mins. Head is definitely up in the clouds
