I did it!

Finished w9r3 today, despite finding week 1 so hard I had to repeat it! The progress has been astonishing, did 4.7k in 30 mins today. I've also had a bad attack of anxiety this week, and c25k was the only thing that got me outside, so it's been brilliant. I'm definitely going to keep this up, I've even turned into one of those weird people who takes running shoes on holiday ha ha

Hey..is that a new Graduate ? It is.... very, very well done...I thought I heard champagne corks popping on the Podium! :)

Is n't it amazing... and it is the best thing for anxiety and stress... I found being on the IC, torture and not just because of the injury... getting out, frees the mind, the heart and the soul!

Go get that badge and bask in the glory... take those running shoes on their hols too! They deserve a change of scenery... then head back here... This is only just the beginning:) x

Congratulations:)

Getting out is definitely good for the soul. I'm so lucky to live by a beautiful park and some flat coastal paths, so it's always uplifting to go for a run nearby.
