My legs are still aching from my W5R2 yesterday but I Soooooo want to do the park run in the morning....will I be ok??!!!!

Give yourself a good warmup and make sure you are well hydrated, starting tonight and you will probably be fine.

You got this far, your do absolutely fine. Just finished wk 5 run 3 and amazed that i didn't come close throwing the towel.

If they're just aching rather than hurting then I'd say you may be fine - although it may impact your speed and stamina. I don't stretch before Parkrun - I make sure I park a little way away so that my legs get a bit of a warm up on the walk to the start.

They're def not hurting....just a def ache...just walked the dog for 4 miles so maybe that's what's made them achy??!! Looking forward to my first park run and doing W5R3 at the same time...fingers crossed....thank you

Warm up well.... start slow and then just go with it :) Most of all... enjoy... that is what it is all about!
