Hi I'm just coming to the end of wk3. Does the aching in your legs get better. Its not so bad when I'm running its after usually when I'm in bed?

It will reduce overtime. Muscles repair and build when you’re at rest, so bed and during sleep is common. This process itself does cause aches. Try to keep your legs loose, as much as you can. It will get better as you condition your legs to running. I only get them now when I push my pace or increase my distance.

I see them as my badge of honour when I get them... and I miss them when they don’t come 😂

I know what you mean. As long as its normal and not me doing anything wrong. I can cope with it.
