Does anyone else set little rewards for themselves? It's a bit late as I had to wait for payday- but this is my half way pressie to myself...

Will get a Holyhead Harpies top too once I graduate and obviously get signed by the full Quidditch team! 😂

Wow, love it! My reward is cake after my Friday run. Not very healthy I know but oh so good. :)

Well earned cake though! Makes it taste better 😝

Mmm maybe cake is why I'm not losing any weight?! Still one thing at a time. :)

Oh gosh, the shopping gene has just resurfaced... I thought I'd killed it with running....

Hah, run past the shops!

Yes there's a new running shop at the bottom of the hill, but the hill is 6km long and I live at the top of it... now on earth would I get back up?

I bought some bluetooth earphones half way through.... closely followed by an armband for my phone. I waited until the start of week 9 to treat myself to some new trainers so that I would definitely carry on after graduating! It's working... so far!

Rewards and targets are both invaluable mental tricks we play to achieve our dreams 🥇🥇🥇

You should check out virtual racinguk.co.uk, specifically a challenge they have in October of this year "Wizarding Wonder". Great piece of bling like the Hogwarts crest and probably the only one you will ever have sporting not 5 or 10 but 9 3/4!!!

I've seen this & am tempted even if it is just for my son (slytherin) & you can do it over more than one run!

That's amazing! 🤓 I'll hopefully be graduated by then too
